Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the ADB–JSP Scholarship 2026 at the University of Tokyo, candidates must:

• Be a citizen of an ADB borrowing member country.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
• Have at least 2 years of full-time professional work experience after bachelor’s graduation.
• Be 35 years old or younger at the time of application.
• Not already hold a Master’s degree.
• Commit to return and work in their home country for at least 2 years after graduation.
