Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the ADB–JSP Scholarship 2026 at the University of Tokyo, candidates must:
- Be a citizen of an ADB borrowing member country.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
- Have at least 2 years of full-time professional work experience after bachelor’s graduation.
- Be 35 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Not already hold a Master’s degree.
- Commit to return and work in their home country for at least 2 years after graduation.
