Azerbaijan Scholarship Coverage (Fully Funded)

The Azerbaijan Government Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship to study abroad for international students, and it will cover the following:

Full Tuition Fees (Including preparatory and language courses)
Roundtrip International Airfare (once per year)
Monthly Stipend: 800 AZN (approx. 470 USD)
Medical Insurance: 200 AZN per year
Visa & Residence Permit Assistance

Eligibility Criteria

International students interested in studying abroad with a fully funded international scholarship who meet the following criteria are eligible for the Azerbaijan Scholarship 2025.

Must be a citizen of an eligible country (see list in PDF)
Meet minimum academic GPA (70/100 or equivalent)
Hold a relevant prior degree for the program applied
Age Limit:
- Bachelor’s/Medicine: under 35 years
- Master’s/Residency: under 40 years
- Doctoral: under 45 years
Language Proficiency:
- IELTS 5 or TOEFL 40 for UG
- IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL 50 for PG
- Language of previous degree may suffice

How to Apply for a Scholarship?

Step 1: Nomination (March 15 – May 15, 2025)

Apply through your country’s designated government authority (e.g., Ministry of Education, Embassy). Only nominated candidates proceed to the next step.

Step 2: SIACAS Online Application (June 1 – 15, 2025)
