Eligibility Criteria for SIIT Graduate Scholarship to Study Abraod

To be eligible for the SIIT Graduate Scholarship 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (for Master’s applicants) OR Master’s Degree (for PhD applicants).
Master’s Applicants: GPA of at least 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale).
PhD Applicants: GPA of at least 3.50 (on a 4.0 scale). English Proficiency: (Optional)
TOEFL PBT 400+ / IBT 32+, IELTS 4.5+, TOEIC 500+
Strong Academic & Research Background.
Students from Any Country Can Apply (No Nationality Restrictions).

Applicants without an English proficiency test can still apply and submit results later.
