Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet all AIT + ADB requirements:

  • Citizen of an ADB borrowing member country
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record
  • Minimum 2 years full-time work experience after graduation
  • English proficiency:
    • IELTS (Academic) 6.0 overall and writing
    • OR AIT EET ≥ 6.0
    • OR TOEFL ≥ 550
  • Must be 35 years old or younger (45 for senior-level programs)
  • In good health
  • Must return home after graduation
  • Must not be living or working outside home country at the time of application
  • Income conditions:
    • Family income ≤ USD 50,000
    • Individual income ≤ USD 25,000
