Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must be a citizen of Pakistan/AJ&K
• Must be 18 years old by 31 August 2026
• Result-awaiting candidates (final year/final semester) can apply
• Bachelor’s / OTM:
  • Completed HSSC/intermediate before 1 August 2026
• Master’s:
  • Completed 16-year education before 1 August 2026
• PhD:
  • Completed MS/MPhil or equivalent before 1 August 2026
• IELTS/TOEFL may be required by some universities; others accept an English Proficiency Certificate
• Must submit HAT or USAT score with at least 50% marks
• Certificates/transcripts must be attested after nomination
• Applicants must ensure program accreditation for professional degrees (PMDC, PEC, PBC, etc.)
• Dual nationals are not eligible
