Sir ge i complet my application for bachalor degree in medicine. When i submit the application for this scolership it does not submited and show reason that to uplaod at least one copy of english proferencey certifcate(ilets. Toffels etc) and i has does not this certificate and in video sir i said that english language certificate is not mendatory for islamic devolpment bank(Isdp)scholership. Sir please help me. Thanks
