• Applicants must have minimum CGPA 3.0 (out of 4.0 in the semester system) or first division (in the annual system) in MS/MPhil/ME/Equivalent degree or 2.70 in BS/BE

• The maximum age limit is 30 years as of 31 December 2020

• Only short listed candidates will be called for interviews
• Selected candidates either receive admission from QS or THE rankings in the top 100 universities worldwide. The chosen admissions candidates will be supported by PMU.
• Selected candidates will give their universities a choice of admission options.
• Where required, candidates must take TOFEL / ILETS / GRE and obtain marks as required by the universities / institutions concerned.

Important Note

• Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the candidate’s records. The application process will be terminated if any false information is uncovered.
• The candidates selected must sign a bond with Begum Akhtar Rukhsana Memorial Trust that they must return to Pakistan after obtaining their PhD and will not take any role in the respective country.
• They will work in any educational institute, R&D organization or start their own start-up focused on technology for a duration of five years.
• The scholarship will pay tuition fees, monthly grants, health insurance, and airfare (twice for the entire study period).
• In the bond, the other clauses would be exchanged.
• No court of law will contest the decision to award scholarships.
