Eligibility Criteria for AIT Scholarships in Thailand

For Master’s Applicants:

  • Four-year Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
  • Minimum GPA: 2.75/4.0
  • English Proficiency: IELTS 6.0 (Writing 6.0), TOEFL iBT 80, or AIT-EET 6
  • Professional applicants: 3 years’ experience required for Executive Programs

For MPhil Applicants:

  • Minimum GPA: 3.0/4.0
  • Must submit a research proposal

For PhD Applicants:

  • Recognized Master’s degree with thesis
  • Minimum GPA: 3.5/4.0 (Master) and 2.75/4.0 (Bachelor)
  • Two recommendation letters
  • 5–10 page research proposal
  • Proof of English Proficiency (same as Master’s)
