Fields of Study for SI International Scholarship

The scholarship covers a wide range of English-taught master’s programmes in areas such as:

Governance and Public Administration
Public Health and Policy
Entrepreneurship and Innovation
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
Environment, Energy, and Sustainable Development

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the SI Scholarship for Global Professionals 2026/2027, applicants must:

Be a citizen of one of 33 eligible countries.
Apply for an eligible master’s programme at a Swedish university.
Be liable to pay tuition fees at University Admissions.
Have at least 3,000 hours of work experience (for most eligible countries).
Demonstrate leadership experience from work or community engagement.
Be admitted (or conditionally admitted) to one of the eligible master’s programmes by 26 March 2026.

Not eligible if you:

Already hold a degree from a Swedish university.
Have lived in Sweden for two or more years before August 2026.
Hold EU/EEA citizenship (except special cases for Moldova & Ukraine).
Have previously received an SI Scholarship.
