Eligibility Criteria for KFUPM Graduate Admissions 2025
To be considered for admission with a fully funded scholarship, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree for Master Scholarship and Master Degree for PhD Scholarship in engineering, science, or a relevant field from a recognized institution
GPA Requirements: 3.00/4.00 or equivalent for scholarship applicants - English Proficiency:TOEFL: 70 iBT / 520 PBT or IELTS: 6.0
- Letters of Recommendation: 2 academic references
- Strong Research Background (for thesis-based programs)
