Eligibility Criteria for HEC Foreign Scholarship

Academic Requirements:

Must have a completed Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree for the relevant program level.
Academic documents must be attested by IBCC and HEC.
Applicants must submit a valid USAT or HAT test score obtained after May 15, 2024.

Age Requirements:

Bachelor’s applicants: under 35 years
Master’s applicants: under 40 years
PhD applicants: under 45 years
(Age calculated until September 15, 2025)

Language Proficiency:

English programs: IELTS 5.0 (Bachelor’s) / IELTS 5.5 (Master’s/PhD) or equivalent TOEFL scores.
Turkish, Russian, or Azerbaijani programs: Language proficiency proof required if applying in these languages.

Special Note for Professional Degrees:
Candidates applying for Medicine, Engineering, Law, Veterinary Medicine, or other professional fields must verify degree accreditation from respective councils (e.g., PMDC, PEC, PBC).
