Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet all AIT + ADB requirements:
- Citizen of an ADB borrowing member country
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record
- Minimum 2 years full-time work experience after graduation
- English proficiency:
- IELTS (Academic) 6.0 overall and writing
- OR AIT EET ≥ 6.0
- OR TOEFL ≥ 550
- Must be 35 years old or younger (45 for senior-level programs)
- In good health
- Must return home after graduation
- Must not be living or working outside home country at the time of application
- Income conditions:
- Family income ≤ USD 50,000
- Individual income ≤ USD 25,000
- Preference for women and applicants with limited financial resources
- Applicants who have studied abroad previously are generally not supported
- Staff of ADB, AIT, or their relatives are not eligible
