What Does the AIT Scholarship in Thailand Cover?

• Full or partial tuition fee waiver
• Opportunity to study with top researchers in international settings
• No bond or obligation after graduation
• AIT campus facilities and career services
• Living cost (self-funded): approx. 11,500–15,000 Baht/month
• Semester registration fee: 20,000 Baht

Each selected student will be granted a one-time award, determined by AIT’s Scholarship Committee, and it remains fixed for the entire program duration.

Eligibility Criteria

For Master’s Degree Programs:

• Four-year Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
• Minimum CGPA: 2.75 out of 4.0
• English proficiency: IELTS 6.0 (writing 6.0) / TOEFL iBT 80 / AIT-EET 6
• Professional Master’s applicants must have 3 years of work experience

For MPhil Programs:

• Minimum CGPA: 3.0 out of 4.0
• Must submit a research proposal

For PhD Programs:

• Master’s degree with thesis
• Minimum CGPA: 3.5 out of 4.0
• Research proposal (5-10 pages)
• Two recommendation letters
• English proficiency as per the Master’s requirement
