Eligibility Criteria for ADB Job Opportunity

To apply for the ADB Young Professionals Program 2025, candidates must:

Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Environment, Law, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or related fields.
Have 3+ years of professional experience in areas like economics, banking, climate change, infrastructure, transport, urban planning, health, agriculture, water, or development. (A PhD counts in lieu of work experience).
Be under 32 years old at the time of joining.
Demonstrate international experience relevant to ADB’s operations.
Be fluent in written and spoken English.
