Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must be a Pakistani or AJ&K national (dual nationality not accepted).
• Must be physically and mentally fit.
• Incomplete degrees by the closing date are not acceptable.
• Undergraduate applicants: Intermediate/A-Level (12 years of education); under 25 years old.
• Master’s applicants: Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education); under 35 years old.
• PhD applicants: Master’s degree (MS/MPhil); under 40 years old.
• Must meet CSC and university admission requirements (academic, language, etc.).
• Must have a valid USAT (Undergraduate) or HAT (Master’s/PhD) score:
  • Minimum score: 50 out of 100.
  • USAT valid from Jan 6, 2025; HAT valid from Jan 6, 2024.
  • Next test date: 07 December 2025.
• Applicants already holding any other scholarship are not eligible.
• For medical, engineering, law, or professional degrees, applicants must confirm accreditation from the respective professional councils (PMDC, PEC, PBC, etc.).
