Eligibility Criteria for Mundus MAPP 2026

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 3 years, recognized institution) in Social Sciences or equivalent
  • Minimum grade: Upper Second Class (2.1) / GPA 3.17/4.0 / B+ or equivalent
  • Applicants with a Master’s degree must also meet the same GPA/class requirement
  • Proof of physical mobility (students must study in two countries different from their country of residence at the time of application)
  • English Language Proficiency:
    • TOEFL iBT 95+
    • IELTS Academic 7.0+
    • Cambridge C1 Advanced / C2 Proficiency
    • Duolingo English Test 130+
  • Motivation Statement demonstrating interest in European and International Public Policy
  • Work experience is not required but preferred
