Who Can Apply?

To be eligible, applicants must:

Be a citizen of one of the KOICA partner countries (93 countries eligible)
Be officially nominated by your government
Hold a Bachelor’s degree (for Master’s) or KOICA Master’s degree (for Doctoral)
Be under 40 years of age
Have 2–3 years of field experience (preferable)
Be proficient in English (instruction language)
Be in good mental and physical health
