The scholarship program offered by the Romanian state, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to foreign citizens, based on G.D. 288/1993, for the academic year 2021 – 2022, was launched. Eligibility Criteria

Interested applicants to study in Romania with Romanian Government Scholarship 2021 for higher studies must fulfill the following eligibility criteria;

• International applicants (Outside of Europe)
• Must have a 12-year or equivalent education with minimum good grades for the bachelor’s degree application
• For Master and PhD Applications, Students should have the Bachelor (16 years) and Master (18 years) or equivalent education certificates or graduate with minimum good grades.
• Medically and Physically should be Fit
• Not have any other Scholarship Recipient
• Language Requirement: There is no specific requirement for language in Romania scholarship 2021. Students can apply without any language proof if they dont have any IELTS, TOFEL or others.

How to Apply

Interested and eligible applicants are encouraged to apply for the full scholarship to study in Europe free by following the given procedure below;

Students are required to apply for the scholarship through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in their home countries. Students are encouraged to contact with Romania Embassy in your own country and ask about the scholarship procedure and details.

Documents Required

• The Application should be in a plastic file (white)
• Official Letter issued by diplomatic mission (may be embassy will do it)
• The MFA Application Form (Appendix 1) for Scholarship in Romania
• The MNE Application form (Appendix 2) for the issue of letter of acceptance
• Legalize copies of your educational documents (Attested copies by Notarized and MOFA)
• Legalize copy of the birth certificate (attested copy of ID card ( notary and MOFA ))
• Copy of first 3 pages of Passport
• The medical Certificate (which shows your medical condition fit)
• Curriculum Vitae
• 2 Recent photos (Passport Size)

Benefits

Romania government scholarship will cover your Registration & Tuition fee, Free Accommodation and Financial Support (65 EURO for Bachelor, 75 EURO for Master, 85 EURO for PhD per month)

Note: These Scholarship will not cover your food, International and National Transport. The Applicants or selected candidates must be prepared to personally support any other additional expenses
