Eligibility Criteria

Interested applicants for the Maastricht University (MU) Scholarships through Holland High Potential Scholarship and Holland Scholarship to Study in Netherland then must fulfill the following eligibility criteria;

  • Applicants must be International or (outside from EU/EEA, Switzerland or Surinam)
  • Students do not have dual nationality
  • Applicants must have Bachelor or undergraduate degree/transcript or equivalent education to apply for Master degree at Maastricht University
  • In the Netherlands, you have never participated in a degree seeking higher education program. Applications are welcome for students who have completed exchange programs in the Netherlands.
  • Maximum age limit is 35 year of age on 1 September 2021.
  • Students with outstanding grades are welcome to apply. UM will give priority to applicants whose academic transcript or accredited letter of academic excellence show that they are among the top 5 percent of applicants for the 2021-2022 scholarship program if multiple applicants are similarly eligible.
  • Language Requirement: medium of learning will be English. Students should be able to demonstrate the good fluency in English. If you have IELTS, TOFEL or English Proficiency Letter then you can apply for this fully funded Scholarship in Netherland.
