Scholarship benefits
The Fellowship provides support for an international eminent researcher to stay at the MARCS Institute for Brain, Behaviour, and Development for a duration of 2-3 months. During their visit, the fellow will have the opportunity to develop new or existing collaborations, deliver a public lecture, engage in research activities, mentor graduate students and early career researchers, and lead a guest lecture. The visiting fellow will be based at the state-of-the-art research labs at Westmead Innovation Quarter (WIQ), located within the Westmead Health Precinct in Sydney.
The fellowship covers expenses up to a maximum of AUD$30,000, which can be utilized for various purposes including a living allowance, accommodation, economy airfare, and visa expenses. This comprehensive support ensures that the visiting fellow can fully immerse themselves in their research and have a productive and fulfilling experience during their stay at the MARCS Institute.
