Who Can Apply for Strudy Abroad Scholarship?

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

  • Be a Maltese citizen OR
  • A long-term resident in Malta or a citizen of an EU/EEA state with permanent residence
  • Intend to pursue a Master’s (MQF Level 7) or PhD (MQF Level 8) starting between May 2025 and May 2026
  • Hold an Unconditional Letter of Acceptance (ULA) from a recognized institution by 10 October 2025
  • Meet all the academic and documentation requirements outlined in the call

Applicants already in possession of an MQF Level 8 qualification are not eligible.
