Who Should Apply?

Eligible candidates must:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS/BEd level).
  • Have at Least 2 Years of Professional Experience in gender equality, development, human rights, or social justice.
  • Be Fluent in English (written & spoken).
  • Must be Under 35 Years Old (priority given to younger professionals).
  • Demonstrate Leadership Potential & Commitment to Gender Equality.
  • Be a Resident & Citizen of a Low/Middle-Income or Conflict-Affected Country (ODA-eligible nations based on DAC List).
  • Must be Nominated by Their EmployerSelf-nominations are NOT accepted.

Priority will be given to candidates from Least Developed and Lower Middle-Income Countries.
